All shipping rates are stated with the products. I make sure your item(s) is (/are) very well and securely packaged. You can contact me about getting your shipment insured for an additional fee.
I try to be plastic free, packaging is all (recycled/FSC) paper/cardboard. I only use recycled bubble plastic if needed.

National and international shipping times vary by location.
- Within the BeNeLux it usually takes no more than 1-5 business days to ship a package.
- Within Europe packages usually arrive within one (or max. two) week(s).
- Outside Europe it might take longer (1 up to 8 weeks), using standard shipping. Please keep this in mind when ordering. So far though, packages outside Europe tend to be delivered within 10 to 14 days.

I am not responsible for any fees or import charges that might occur in your country.

- If an item needs repair at any time, you can contact me for a cost estimate.

- The items I make are delicate - yet sturdy. I do recommend however not to wear your items under the shower/whilst swimming/sleeping in bed etc. if you want to keep your pieces in their best condition.

- Oxidation on items is a delicate procedure, whilst wearing your pieces oxidation will fade due to naturally polishing your items because of you wearing it. Please keep this in mind.
